That’s why every window and door installation or replacement in England and Wales must now be registered as reaching the standards set by the Government’s Building Regulations. If you were to have work carried out that did not comply with Building Regulations, the installation would not be legal and could cause significant problems when you come to sell your home. Don’t worry – you don’t have to do anything. Planet will do it all for you through Assured Certification am authorised self-certification body.

When it comes to improving your home with new windows and doors, it can be a daunting task to find a company that you can trust. Choosing an Assure-certified installer to complete the work means you can rest assured that the installation complies with Building Regulations and is therefore legal and correct. You will be even be sent a certificate to prove it. This should arrive within 28 days and proves that the work is registered with the Local Authority
